Fourthwalling: If you want to! Gretel's mostly aware of fairy tales and her namesake though. 
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'll ask that there isn't anything of a sexual nature but pretty much anything else is fine.

Hugging this character: You may certainly try. But Gretel will likely react badly if she doesn't know the character well enough.
Kissing this character: She's eleven/twelve, depending on the game. Unless your character is her age or it is just a kiss to the cheek or something like that, no. 
Flirting with this character: Again, she's eleven/twelve.
Fighting with this character: Sure, but keep in mind she's still got some power to her even if she is young. Though unlikely she'll use it, some of her dark magic is rather destructive. 
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm pretty much up for anything, but ask before doing something that would be permanent. 
Killing this character: Ask first, and we may be able to work something out.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go right ahead, canon already does this to her.
